Meeting the Living God: Spirituality for the 21st Century
One can say that the last true revolution in spirituality came with the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius Loyola. Many devout Christians use the Spiritual Exercises unchanged from their origins in the sixteenth century. In the twentieth century another Jesuit, Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, developed a revolutionary spirituality by integrating contemporary science and faith, offering us a new way to understand the Word of God and the immensity of the Universal Christ. Our retreat weekend will help us explore the spiritual insights of Teilhard and how to practice this new understanding in our daily lives of committed discipleship. Please join us on this exciting adventure of faith and discovery!
This weekend retreat has reached capacity.
