An Introduction to Discernment of Spirits

What should I do? How many times have you asked yourself that question? Ignatius includes a well-thought out series of practices, techniques, and skills based in the spiritual life which highlights that good decision making is a combination of faith and reason. Trust your heart, and use your head too! By making good decisions we bring ourselves closer to God. Learn to understand how interior movements in your heart can guide you, through Consolation and Desolation. And, become more aware of God’s messages towards better realizing our life goals and helping us in our everyday life.
