We collect information from you when you register for a retreat/offering, make a donation or join our email list. Any data we request that is not required will be specified as voluntary or optional. When registering or donating on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card information or other personal information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

What do we use your information for?

We use your personal information to provide you with personalized service; to send e-mail alerts to you; to answer your requests; to process transactions and for our internal record keeping. We do not disclose to third parties any credit card, debit card, PayPal account, savings account or checking account information provided by website visitors. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

Yes.  Cookies are small bits of code that are sent to your computer when you logon to a website that allows us to identify you when you return to the site. Loyola Jesuit Center uses “cookie” messages to automatically help provide better services. Changes to our Privacy Policy

We may amend this privacy policy from time to time; please review it periodically. We maintain the option to modify this policy at any time by electronic notice posted on our website. Your continued use of our website after the date that such notices are posted will be deemed to be your agreement to the changed terms. This policy is effective from 03/03/2017.

Refund Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $25 is requested to register each person for all Weekend and Mid-Week Retreats; a non-refundable deposit of $75 is requested for all Week-long Directed and Preached Retreats during Holy Week and the summer months; a non-refundable deposit of $20 is requested for any retreat series. The deposit is applied toward the Suggested Offering for each retreat/offering. In the event of a cancellation 48 hours before the retreat begins, you may move your deposit to another retreat/offering within the same retreat season (September through June) or donate your deposit as a tax-deductible gift to Loyola Jesuit Center. Refunds for retreats/offerings that do not require a deposit will be credited to the original credit card, debit card, PayPal account, checking account or savings account, upon request.
