We collect information from you when you register for a retreat/offering, make a donation or join our email list. Any data we request that is not required will be specified as voluntary or optional. When registering or donating on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card information or other personal information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
What do we use your information for?
We use your personal information to provide you with personalized service; to send e-mail alerts to you; to answer your requests; to process transactions and for our internal record keeping. You may choose to opt out at any time, which will cease communications from us. We may also use your information to track your visits to our website. This lets us see which of our features are the most popular so we can better serve our users’ needs.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and they are required to keep the information confidential.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not disclose to third parties any credit card, debit card, PayPal account, savings account or checking account information provided by website visitors. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

A non-refundable deposit of $25 is requested to register each person for all Weekend and Mid-Week Retreats; a non-refundable deposit of $75 is requested for all Week-long Directed and Preached Retreats during Holy Week and the summer months; a non-refundable deposit of $20 is requested for any retreat series. The deposit is applied toward the Suggested Offering for each retreat/offering. In the event of a cancellation 48 hours before the retreat begins, you may move your deposit to another retreat/offering within the same retreat season (September through June) or donate your deposit as a tax-deductible gift to Loyola Jesuit Center. Refunds for retreats/offerings that do not require a deposit will be credited to the original credit card, debit card, PayPal account, checking account or savings account, upon request.
